Fiber Rebar Production Line is a device used to produce glass fiber reinforcement. It uses pultrusion and winding technology to compound glass fiber yarn with resin, and then produces glass fiber reinforcement with certain strength and specifications through processes such as curing and cutting.

 

Production Line Equipment Components

 

1. Creel: Used to hold fiberglass yarn balls. Typically constructed of welded steel plates, steel tubes, and angle steel, it allows the fiberglass yarns to be arranged and fed out in a specific order.
2. Impregnation Tank: Typically constructed of welded stainless steel, it features internal pressure rollers to ensure the fiberglass yarns are fully impregnated with resin. A scraper bar also removes excess resin from the tank.
3. Winding Device: Driven by gears, thread rollers rotate around the product, winding the resin-impregnated fiberglass yarns to form a threaded fiberglass rebar. Frequency conversion is typically used for stepless speed adjustment.
4. Curing Oven: Temperature control is typically achieved using stainless steel tube heaters and intelligent temperature control devices. The oven is filled with thermal insulation material. Some curing ovens have a split structure to facilitate cleaning of dripping resin.
5. Traction Device: Used to pull the fiberglass rebar out of the curing oven and control its pulling speed. Common pulling methods include flat crawler-type pullers. The pulling rollers are typically made of wear-resistant polyurethane rubber blocks, pneumatically clamped, and controlled by a PLC.
6. Cutting Device: Enables online cutting of fiberglass rebar to specified lengths, with both electric and manual cutting methods.
7. Product Stacking Device: Used to stack cut fiberglass rebar for easy handling and stacking by production personnel.

 

Production Process

 

1. Raw Material Preparation: High-quality alkali-free glass fiber yarn and high-performance resin are selected as the main raw materials.
2. Fiber Feeding: The glass fiber yarn is placed on a creel and fed sequentially through a device such as a creel. The yarn is then hot-air dried and preheated.
3. Impregnation: The preheated glass fiber yarn enters the impregnation tank and is fully impregnated with resin by a pressure roller, ensuring that the resin is evenly coated on the surface of the glass fiber yarn.
4. Pultrusion: The resin-impregnated glass fiber yarn is pulled through a die to form a glass fiber rebar blank with a specific diameter. A winding device can then be used to form a threaded surface.
5. Curing: The glass fiber rebar blank enters a curing oven, where the resin undergoes polymerization at high temperatures, curing and forming a glass fiber rebar with a specified strength and performance.
6. Cooling: The cured glass fiber rebar enters a cooling module where it is cooled by running water or other means to stabilize its properties.
7. Pulling and Cutting: The cooled glass fiber rebar is pulled out by a pulling device and cut into specified lengths by a cutting device as needed.
