The GRP Septic Tanks adopts a unique circumferential dense corrugated cylinder structure design. The compression and impact resistance are several times higher than those of square, cylindrical, spherical arch, mechanical sand winding and other cylinders. It can meet the needs of different situations without any other reinforcement measures. It makes up for the defects of insufficient compression and impact resistance of ordinary horizontal and cylindrical tanks; the ends of the two ends generally adopt a concave-convex surface design with mechanical properties, and a partition is provided inside. The holes on the partition are misaligned up and down, which is not easy to form a short flow, and the whole tank is divided into three parts; the third-level anaerobic chamber, the second-level anaerobic chamber and the clarification chamber, and the bottom of the first and second-level anaerobic chambers are connected. Such separation reduces the contact time between sewage and sludge, so that the two processes of acidic fermentation and alkaline fermentation do not interfere with each other. At the same time, the presence of fillers increases the contact surface area between sewage sludge and anaerobic bacteria, greatly improving the reaction efficiency. It plays an active role in intercepting and precipitating large particles of impurities in sewage, preventing sewage pipe blockage, and reducing the buried depth of pipes.
